In the morning of the 31st October, the Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung - Head of the Central Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control (the Central Committee) chaired an online meeting with coastal provinces from Quang Ngai to Khanh Hoa for the purpose of withdrawing experiences from the direction of activities of responding to storms No. 5 as well as floods after the storm.
