Due to the influence of cold air, from March 23, there was rain in the provinces from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms locally. In a thunderstorm, there is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, hail and strong winds. In the North and the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien - Hue, the weather is cold with the lowest, popular temperature of 15-18 degrees, and mountainous areas in some places below 15 degrees.


It is forecasted that today (March 24), this part of the cold air will continue to affect elsewhere in the North and Central regions.

At sea, in the Gulf of Tonkin there is strong Northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, shock level 7-8, rough seas, waves from 1.5 to 2.5 m, from March 23, the wind decreases. gradually. The North East Sea (including Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong northeast wind of 6-7, level 8-9, strong sea waves, waves 2-4 m high.

The Central Coast region, the area between the East Sea and the western sea area of ​​the South East Sea (including the western waters of the Spratlys), has strong northeast wind level 6, level 7, rough sea, high waves from 1.5-3 m.
