Thua Thien Hue resumed the search for missing victims at the Rao Trang 3 hydropower plant

10:57:47, 17/11/2020 Due to the influence of typhoon No. 13, Road 71 from Phong Xuan commune, Phong Dien district to Rao Trang 3 hydropower plant, Thua Thien Hue province appeared some landslides.
