1.The Northern region

 2.The area from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue

 5. Southern region
From February 3-12 (New Year 21 to January 1):  Sunny day. Highest temperature 30-34 degrees; the lowest temperature is 22-25 degrees, especially in the East there are places below 21 degrees.
From February 13-16 (New Year 2 to 5): No rain, sunny day, A bit warmer in the morning.
