Quang Binh: The school is able to prevent storms number 9 and overcome floods

On October 28, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh Province issued an urgent call, requesting schools and affiliated units to notify students to leave school and suspend all educational activities to prevent digital storms. 9.

Before the complicated developments of the storm, to ensure the safety of staff, teachers and students in Quang Binh province, the Department of Education and Training required its affiliated units, the Head of Education and Training To create, Director of the Center for Vocational Education and Training strictly implements the electrical power, directive documents of the Central Government, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, and the education sector on the implementation of measures to respond to storms No. 9 Units and schools urgently notify students to leave school from October 28 until the Department's new notice.

Although the schools have not yet overcome the serious consequences caused by the historic flood, with the spirit of proactively preventing natural disasters and unusual developments of typhoon No. 9, Quang Binh Education sector also urged deploy all response work.

Hopefully the storm dissipates soon and does not cause any regrettable damage to Quang Binh as well as other localities, ”Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Nhan added.

Before that, the historic flood on October 18 occurred in Quang Binh province, causing heavy damage to the local education sector. Most of the schools were affected, many were severely damaged, 334 schools with about 3,000 classrooms and function rooms were flooded; Facilities, books, notebooks, teaching equipment, utensils, toys for students ... were damaged, drifting in the floods.
