Guide people to implement agricultural production in the Autumn-Winter crop in 2020 in accordance with the situation of water sources, comply with recommendations of functional agencies, and ensure to make good use of advantages brought about by floods. Closely monitor the Mekong flood forecast information provided by specialized agencies and inland flood forecast information provided by specialized agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to organize daily agricultural production.
