The construction and installation unit is a joint venture between Phu Thanh An Construction and Development Investment Joint Stock Company - Long Khanh Trading and Investment Construction Company Limited.
From the end of 2022, Vinh Phuc Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued a document emphasizing that "the construction unit is responsible for making and submitting to the investor for approval the design of construction methods, in which specific regulations measures to ensure safety for people, machines, equipment and adjacent works".
