Actively responding to VONGFONG storms

In the North East and North Central Provinces in the evening, there are scattered thunderstorms, with moderate rain and heavy rain. During thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds. Level of disaster risk caused by tornado, lightning, hail class 1.
In Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region, from 14 to 15-5 the sunny gradually decreases in intensity and narrows in size, with rains and thunderstorms in some places. From May 16 onwards, rain tends to increase in the area, the heat continues to decrease.

Only in hamlet 3, Thanh Son commune, Dinh Quan district, the tornado caused at least 20 houses to be completely unroofed and collapsed. In addition, many areas of fruit trees, such as durian, rambutan, jackfruit, and mango are in the harvest, causing fruit loss, estimated losses of hundreds of millions. In Long Khanh City, a number of farming and livestock farms in Bao Quang commune were severely damaged.

* According to the report of the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue in Ha Giang province, thunderstorms on 11-5 and 12-5 morning storms caused 125 houses to be unroofed, in which one house completely collapsed. . Damaged corn: 13.02 ha. Acacia tree fell six hectares.
Estimated total loss is over VND 800 million. Immediately after the occurrence of the damage, the local mobilized forces to repair people's houses and restored the production.
