According to statistics, Hoa Vang district has 1 house completely collapsed, 28 houses partially collapsed, Men's and women's doubles were swept by water when overflowing underground, the woman died.

10:34:55, 15/11/2022 When going through the spillway, both of them were swept away by the water, and Ms. N. tragically drowned.

On October 25, news from the People's Committee of Ngan Thuy commune, Le Thuy district (Quang Binh) said that a woman in the area had just died due to being swept away by water.


Ms. N.'s body was found about 200m away from the accident site.

Accordingly, around 16:30 this afternoon, Ms. H.T.N. (SN 1988, living in Khe Giua village, Ngan Thuy commune) was a man (unknown) driving a motorbike across the underground 25 to go home, but unfortunately both of them were swept away by water.
Some people, when they discovered the incident, rushed to save the man, and N. was swept away by the water.
About 30 minutes later, Ms. N.'s body was found nearly 200m away from the accident site. Currently, Ms. N.'s body has been handed over to her family for burial according to local customs.


Heavy rain caused Vo Nguyen Giap street to be flooded.

It is known that from the evening of October 24 to October 25, the whole province of Quang Binh had heavy rain, causing many roads in Dong Hoi city such as Vo Nguyen Giap, Huu Nghi, Ly Thanh Tong ... to be flooded.
The whole province also had 5 flooded points, affecting the traffic situation such as National Highway 9B, National Highway 15, National Highway 9E...
Besides, there are 9 villages in Quang Ninh district being divided.
